- Biography
- I am an artist who spent his childhood on islands off the coast of Queensland. My father was a lighthouse keeper and we lived on the lights between the years of 1949 and 1968. I developed a great love of ships and all things that live in the sea during those years. They were glorious times but sadly no child can have such a childhood now as there are no lighthouse keepers any more - anywhere, as far as I know.
As a refugee from the once great "Ships Nostalgia" I am delighted to have found this site and look forward to participating in my own small way. - Location
