- British Merchant Navy 1953-1958, Catering. Gravesend Sea Training School, Port Line, Burries Markes, Union Castle. Emigrated to Canada 1958-62. Emigrated to the USA 1962. US naturalized citizen.
In 1977 My employer sent me to Iran to form a remote site catering company. I became a subcontractor to the Iranian Imperial Navy and was responsible in the Relocation from Italy to Iran of the Italia Lines Michelangelo and Raffaello and their subsequent operations as Iranian naval officers and crew hotels in Bandar Abbas and Bushier, Iran.. I was later transferred to home office in NYC as Senior VP and later became President and CEO. I retired in 1986. My wife and I spent thirteen years traveling between Australia in our winters and Europe in our summers with a month in autumn and spring home in the USA. Currently enjoying life here in the South, in Carolina where nothing could be finer. - Location
