HMASs Canberra and Adelaide

Media reports today that both HMASs Canberra and Adelaide, the RAN's latest and greatest, are both disabled in Sydney due to incorrect engine lubricants reportedly having been used.
Experts are being flown from Europe in an attempt to fix/cover up the problem.
