Hi everyone
Just registered on S/H site today. Though I would just introduce myself. I worked previously as a MN radio officer with Shell Tankers and then ER/O with CP ships, always direct employed. Best regards Lucy |

G'day. Recently joined & enjoying looking forward to further rummaging thru 'Shipping History' with useful info found already & hope to contribute ‘as & when’
See that Lucy is an ex-R/O & was with Joe Shell & CP. I sailed with them both before they went direct-employ [Shell had a semi-permanent pool of ‘Shell Scheme’ radio company R/Os] & with many other companies before moving onto Dover Strait ferries as R/O & ETO with Sealink & Stena before finally taking redundancy at the P&O take-over & getting onto the pension shortly thereafter. |
