Deciphering shipbuilder journal for 1830 wooden brig

I am not sure if I am posting this in the right place, but it is a bit of an odd one so may not have a right place. I would be grateful for any help please...

I am researching a merchant brig called the Monk, which was built in Kelsick Wood's yard in Maryport in 1830. It was originally built with the name General Gascoyne but later renamed for its new owner.

I have got the shipyard journal for this period, and am looking at what I think is the final set of accounts for the ship. I'm not really sure how to read it though. The page is titled "General Gascoyne prime cost", but at the bottom I think it gives the eventual sale price of £2,361 cash, but without any calculation of profit margin etc.

Am I reading this right? Is £2,361 the sale price or the cost to the yard?
