Searching

Hello Everyone, I have been researching the life of an uncle who roamed the seas for 20 years from 1945 on as many ships, mostly East Coast USA, South America and Europe. I found a number of them through SN but the leads seem to have dried up.

Two I am keen to find out more about (and especially images) are
- Panamanian tanker, El Oceanic (Apparently had an exciting war record)
- Swedish vessel MV Camilla working around Capetown about 1958

Any clues about these would be greatly appreciated.

Kind regards
Rusty

Thank you or your welcome.
Having looked over the site a little more I perceive I should put my queries on the Forum page. So will do that. I received a tip that the ship I've been calling El Oceanic may be El Oceano.
Cheers
