LPD Replacement?

Having just read an article regarding the eventual replacement for Albio and Bulwark, and the very slow construction of new vessels (viz. A Class submarines, and Town Class frigates).
Would the RN be better served, buying LPDs from Navantia?
They would be cheaper, more quickly built, and hopefully free from any design issue. They have already built and sold several examples around the world, so have the expertise, experience, and practice in building them.
Having poked the hornets nest, I will stand back.
