We expect the Pilot to be able to afford the modest fee for treading the decks of the GD, something not offered to everyone. Otherwise, we just keep going till we find somewhere we really want to park and then nuzzle a space alongside.

Tell you what, let's put sqweek on the wheel when we enter port. Guaranteed there will be loads of empty berths to choose from.

Mr. McC, we will complete a complete circle and use the exercise to observe our props, rudders, and other such under water appendages from our bulbous bow observation lounge. By that time we will definitely arrive at our shceduled berth.

Steaming in a big circle party in the Bulbous Bow lounge right away.

Are you sure we can still parallel park like that now we have ladies aboard? Perhaps the engagement of a pilot would be prudent.

Squeek is an Injuneer but only in the loosest definition of the word, as was his grandfather before him. It was Big Squeek or Mr Squeal as the Stokers called him, who decided to overhaul the Titanic's bilge pumps 3 days out of Queenstown. Lord Pirie never forgave him.

Nothing wrong with the Titanics pumps. It was the sluice valves that were at fault. Divers reported the pool is still full so that was well made too!

We already have a pilot aboard, David. Parallel parking is a breeze now we have surreptitiously removed the software from one of those new fangled fancy cars. Just needed to be interfaced with the bow and stern radars.

Eh? Sorry. The headphones must have become unplugged. Noticed that a couple of times after luncheon.

Welcome back Red - Yes we missed you, but so did the rhubarb patch in Mary's garden. I think the automatic sprinkers need adjusting -- the plants look like they're dying of thirst........ But then so am I, so why don't you join me in the shade of the palm trees up on the pool deck. Farmer John has your favourite DP up there on ice.

I shall see you soon Tom, and FJ. Now that I am back I shall take a hard look at the garden and make sure that Mary's garden is in good order. Once I have got it looking nice a again maybe we could have an old fashioned garden party, invited guests only. Or is that likely to start a mutiny?

I won't ask as to how you acquired the back pain Billy boy but I am more than happy to assist with your recovery. As well as the treatments you suggested sometimes relaxation massage can help, so, before we put you on the rack we will try all other methods. Just make an appointment with me and we will get you started.

Well I missed you a wee bit.
I miss your nocturnal visits to the Control Room for coffee and French Fancies and your tales about growing up in New Zealand.

Thank you, Red - We have fond memories of Mary and her gardien. I'm sure your light and tender touch will produce miracles.

For you, my Red-eyed girl,
You, my Red-eyed girl.

Hello, Hello. It's good to be back, it's good to be back.
Hello, Hello. It's good to be back, it's good to be back.
Did you miss me, Yeah, while I was away,
did you hang my picture on your wall
Did you kiss me, Yeah, every single day,
although you couldn't kiss me at all.
And did you love me, Yeah, like a good little girl,
Did you tell that naughty boy not to call,
did you love me, Yeah, in your own little world,
Although you couldn't see me at all,
although you couldn't see me at all,
Hello, Hello, it's is good to be back, it's good to be back,
Hello, Hello, Hello, Hello, I'm back again, I'm back,
I'm on the right track,
Hello, Hello tell all your friends I'm back, I'm back as a matter of fact,
as a matter of fact I'm back

Yes, Yes, Yes, FFS we missed you.
