I hope I'm not plodding thro these saw-jigs and like a dumpling trying to fit hull colour and funnel markings to a particular ship whilst others have discovered the "Image" or "Ghost" icon.
This has the makings of a major scandal if it reaches SN. A court of Inquiry or a Royal Commission is needed so that the topic can be Sub-Judice and beyond the reach of ****** or ***** *** ?

I have not been spectacularly successful in identifying any ships yet. This is because:
a. I'm not very bright; b. Examples so far are from obscure outfits like Blu Flu, Port Line, Union Castle and Houlder Brothers. To remedy "a" I will subscribe to Sea Breezes and buy a copy of 1970 Moody's Ocean Ships. To remedy "b" you must include ships from Blue Chip owners such as Texaco Overseas Tankships and Kuwait Shipping. Keep up the good work. Last edited by Engine Serang; 22nd September 2019 at 07:52.
