My hearing aid works fine, except when people try to tell me it's my round in the bar.

As for the nomenclature "HULL" us injuneers refer to it as the outside bit next to the water wot is outside on the other side of the inside bit where we is

Just wait some smart arse will start up an argument over the "shell" rather than the "hull" with the above deck bit being the "superstructure" rather than "deck houses"

It's only Shell if it isn't BP, Esso (Exxon), Gulf, Texaco, Amoco,Trident, Hunting's etc. etc.

Anyways, them Injuns in Hull serve up some terrific curries. When you get back on board it would be advisable to hoist International Code "B".

Tmac, you are an engineering genius, has anyone every patented a pair of breeks incorporating a gas mantle portion?

To fully research this problem, maybe the Humphrey Davy trousers should be considered.

It is a case of where the explosive atmosphere is located, except when you consider it, it isn't. A lot to be thought of here.

It's late in the day here, but please join me in the PAX lounge to celebrate Uno de Mayo -- we do in the Northern hemisphere anyway. The reason for the holiday is encapsulated in this simple poem:

Hurray! Hurray! The first of May,
Outdoor lovin' starts today.

Marconigrams cost extra when abbreviations are used. The more money to Mr Marconi and his wee wanes the less is available for Mr Gordon and Mr Jameson.

Not so. Secret language by radiotelegraphy was prohibited by regulation but code was not. It would seem to be a lot of bother to be about to produce an International Code of Signals that was not to be used. Rather like a write only memory.

As for Mr. Jameson (and similar thinners) bunting remains dumb (although there is a general ATL for alcohol. This follows ATK for Albanian, I am not sure if there is meant to be a linkage. There is one for Irish (man/men) as well.

I imagine the following hoist was seen off your sunlight shores without HXA.

HHR PJQ HWT HXA HCM ATL HWG

YL

Decode:

Where is the hospital? In trouble with. Irish (man/men). Irregularity. Head. Alcohol. Intoxication

Do you need boiler water?
