Lets get things straight. Every now and again the same problem surfaces. Whoever placed an image on a site makes a mistake with the name. I don't go googling to find out if every image has the correct name. I choose an image and go along with the name printed beneath it. HMS APOLLO is given below #5053 puzzle. The ship was also known as HOBART.

It just shows how easy it is to be blind sided, always thought HMS Apollo of this era was one of the fast mine layers of the `Manx` class. Not so, the one in your photo was built in 1936 but sold off to the Australians in 1938 & renamed HMAS Hobart, thus leaving the name free for the mine layer. So no problems with this one.
