I shipped out on GD and GD1 and never crossed paths with CED. Was he (or she) avoiding me or had the Mad Malc spogged her in the Lazarette?
Until I know better I am classifying all strangers as LGBTQ+, it makes it easier and I no longer have to hang around the Ladies Toilet. |

Then maybe its good you didnt cross paths with her ES. She is a straight up lady with a right hook that could put any man down. Certainly NOT a lady to be messed with.

Trust me ES. You would NOT want to get on the wrong side of CED. She has a right hook thats put many a man down. ask Tmac! He had to behave when she was around.

I called her "Hitler in knickers" but only when she wasn't about. Rumour has it she was drummed out of the Gestapo for cruelty

23.20 on Easter Monday and the Holiday is over.
Wasn't it a grand quiet, peaceful time without Varley whinging about bloody ligaments and hamstrings as if he played for Tranmere Rovers. I do hope Cristian Barnard sorts him out or I'll get the grommets taken out. |

It was quiet because I was not whingeing. Not because I was on sick leave.
Grommets come out Wednesday although nursie availability may be off due covid.

I was offered a taxpayer's knee some time before covid and stupidly procrastinated the acceptance until it was declined without further referral. Being at the back of the queue now means (by galleysat) something like a three year delay.
Mr. Kim pf Manchester Hip and Knee clinic did mine at the Spire Manchester assisted by his robot. Inconvenient to be distant from home and distant from operating team when home but so far is manageable. Regret the welding team went to see Elfie before Christmas only to be told that neither of us was going to get a welding job although not all element of our restoration are to be scrapped. Perhaps I should have flashed the H&W card.

T! What are we going to do with him? H&W welders haven't struck an arc for many years, not since 1955 when Elpenor and Owerri were on the slips.

Well, we did better than that. In quantity anyway.

No. We got Lord Pirrie to mention their degree of irritation to his chaps in the Board of Trade and there was a re-interpretation of the Rules. Class will? Of course they will.

How would one wear such a thing untraditionally? (And, so I believe, there is some opposition to churching such a union - not that that stopped our Sophia and Samuel in 18-0-wayback).

So Hopalong Varley is up and running. Well perhaps not quite running but building up to it, by midsummer he will be smiting the puck mightily.
