I would think that ramming into the Sinai desert at 14kts has not done a lot of good to all sorts of joints and alignments. She has not managed more than 10 kts since weighing anchor at Port Said.

A tug had passed my mind but her present position is clear (as can be) of traffic and so maybe hull inspection? Better in the Med with (perhaps) time on their hands than in murkier and choppier waters further North.

I would have been more worried about the stern being involved. If there were structural damages forward such that reduced speed was mandated I imagine they would not have been allowed further than the nearest repair facility (which might be Malta, not far South of her presently).

The 'new' container port on the south of the island could take her, but I, like you, have doubts that there are repair facilities large enough.

Palumbo site gives max draught is 9.3 metres for graving but temporary repairs would not necessarily require that.

Not many yards in the West that could take her 15M design draft without significant lightening.

(Weather, I hadn't thought of that - trust the oven is not wanted for Summer outside even if weather, then, would be a normal risk).

London, Jul 20 -- A press report, dated today, states: Fully cellular containership Ever Given, which ran aground in the Suez Canal on Mar 23, refloated on Mar 29 and was stuck in Great Bitter Lake in the Canal due to disputes, before sailing off the Canal on Jul 7, reportedly will need repairs. After leaving the Canal, the vessel spent five days at Port Said undergoing a class survey carried out by the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) before leaving for northern Europe on Jul 12. Evergreen reportedly admitted last week that the ship has to travel at lower speeds in order to follow the guidance outlined in its seaworthiness certificate. As a result, the decision was taken to drop the Ever Given’s Hamburg port call because of concerns surrounding navigation safety. What needs fixing, remains unclear. An ABS spokesperson was quoted in the press as saying: “ABS provided an initial assessment of the vessel prior to its departure from Egypt noting items that would require future repair. ABS, in conjunction with the flag state, issued short-term certificates for the voyage to Rotterdam and continues working with the owners regarding a repair plan.”

Still boarding pilots at the Brixham station, usually off Berry Head. I have seen a number of fully laden containerships waiting off the head in recent weeks before heading up Channel.
