DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 1100 PM AST (0300 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Nadine was located near latitude 11.6 North, longitude 31.0 West. Nadine is moving toward the northwest near 8 mph (13 km/h), and this general is expected for the next couple of days, with a turn to the west-northwest possible on Friday. Maximum sustained winds have increased to near 45 mph (75 km/h) with higher gusts. Some strengthening is possible over the next day or so, with weakening anticipated on Thursday.
