St Helena, one more job finished.

At long last, the airport at St Helena has taken an incoming flight. No longer need the boat, one more job gone.

I wonder how long it will be before we are taking a sailing ship to places, the electric plane needs too long a lead.

A few years ago a lady from here was hired to be director of education and employment (or something like that) on St. Helena.
She hasn't been heard of since; her two houses have been vandalised but she may not even know.
Given that you have to fly in the wrong direction, at extortionate cost, to escape the place, I doubt she'll be coming back for a vacation.

Possibly; she is/was not a small lady and there seem to be only just over 5,000 of them!
