Acronym

Looking at movements on the Bristol/Avonmouth site today I came across an acronym which stumped me.
On the vessel departure info it always gives from - Avonmouth/Portbury to ------- and there were several with T.S.F.O. Obviously F.O for orders but cannot for the life of me think were T.S is. I am sure someone will immediately know.

Thanks.

Yes it seems so obvious - to sea for orders.

We often used to use HRFO for our ore carriers in quiet times, Hampton Roads for Orders....even if they then went to Murmansk!
