Computer Rooms at Home

This is what comes of being retired and finding DIY jobs about the place. (And attending ROA meetings and buying brass radio room plates.)

Surely you don't think I 'borrowed' it ...

There are a lot of those brass Radio Room signs dotted around ROA members courtesy of Bruce Morris, me included.

You can't deny I put mine to good use. That room is definitely bigger on the inside than it is on the outside (which I always thought was a defining condition of radio rooms on ships.)

I have a scratch built, plank on frame, two metre Grand banks schooner. I also own a P5B V8 rover. I would like to post the schooner picture to the model thread and the rover to the car thread but I have no idea how to do it. Can anyone advise me? Thanks.

Hi JG,

If you use the "Post Reply" red button, you can post your comments in the blank space that opens up. You can play around with different fonts and capitals etc. Scroll further down the page, and then you will see a section with a tab or button, "Manage Attachments."

(If you use the Quick Reply option, click on the button to "Go Advanced" first.)

Click on this, and it will allow you to browse for images in your computer and to attach them the same as you would for an email, for example.

I hope I have explained it clearly!

Best regards,

Roy.
