Fishing vessels?

Glad to be aboard the new ship! However, I don't see a 'fishing vessels' category in the Gallery. Are there plans to add one? If not, where should photos of fishing vessels be posted? Most of my contributions to SN were in that category.

Hi George...it's a tricky one, as any long term members of SN may remember However, I have now added the category to the gallery, but we'll have to see how it goes.

The SN fishing vessels became extremely popular with fisherman and started to take over the gallery to the dismay of the majority of members, therefore some technical trickery was needed to hide them to all but those who joined the 'fishing view' usergroup.

cheers,
Andy

Thanks for that, Andy. Latterly the old fishing gallery had become relatively quiet, so I hope there won't be any problems in the future.

Yes, I think they found another home ... I miss the lively doric exchanges though
