Hello to everyone
Yet another straggler scrambling on board following the seeming demise of SN. I come originally from the lighthouse end of shipping, my father having been a lighthouse keeper in the 1950's and 60's off the coast of Queensland Australia. Ships became a passion/obsession as a child and have remained so throughout my life. I drew and painted so many of them that I turned into an artist and painting pictures of ships is a guilty pleasure that I still indulge at times. If I produce anything that makes the grade I will surely post it in the gallery.
